DFW's Padel Pipeline: 4 New Clubs, 19 Courts Coming
Four clubs are under construction at once — enough to nearly double the metro's court count in a year.
Dallas–Fort Worth is the largest metro in Texas and the one with the least padel to show for it. Our directory lists seven open clubs across DFW holding 21 courts between them. Austin, a metro roughly a third the size, has 51.
That gap is about to narrow — not because one club is opening, but because four are in build-out at the same time. Three of them have published court counts, and those three alone account for 19 courts. If all four land, DFW nearly doubles its padel capacity inside a single twelve-month window.

Only one of the four has a date attached, and even that one is a target rather than a commitment.
Padel Square — seven courts in Farmers Branch
Padel Square is the largest single building of the four: seven indoor courts at 14303 Inwood Rd in Farmers Branch. Seven is the number that matters. No venue in DFW can host a full tournament draw under one roof today, and this one could.
It is also the furthest along on paper. Membership tiers are already live on its PlayByPoint booking portal — $80 to $235 a month, with court time billed separately on top. What still isn't live is a date: the booking page continues to carry a "Coming Soon" label with no bookable court times. Ace Padel Dallas — six courts on Reagan Street
Ace Padel Dallas takes over 2701 Reagan St in Oak Lawn, a building that housed the Metropolitan Community Church of Dallas and most recently the Resource Center's health campus. The Oak Lawn Committee signed off on the plan — "six Padel courts fronted by a clubhouse" — on February 3, 2026. As Dallas Voice reported, the committee reviews neighborhood projects and makes recommendations to city officials, but those recommendations are not legally binding.
One caveat worth stating plainly: Ace Padel has published no opening date for Dallas, and Dallas does not appear anywhere on the operator's own clubs page. Ace currently promotes Coconut Grove in Miami (opening September 2026), Denver (opening October 2026) and Los Angeles, with everything else filed under "future clubs." Treat the Dallas project as approved, not as scheduled.
Padel Haus Dallas — the Design District play
Padel Haus Dallas is the brand-name arrival: a 24,000-square-foot warehouse conversion at 1500 Dragon St with six courts, locker rooms, a gym and the chain's signature juice bar. Our records carry an expected opening of December 2026.
Padel Haus already operates six clubs — three in Brooklyn plus Nashville, Atlanta and Denver — so the playbook is proven and the buildout money is real. Temper the timeline, though. The Dallas page on the company's own site is still a placeholder, Dallas is absent from both the club navigation and the location list, and the Design District's own tenant directory doesn't list it yet either. Late 2026 is the stated aim, not a confirmed opening.
Studio Arenna — and a second DFW site nobody is counting
Studio Arenna North Richland Hills is the one that finally puts courts on the Fort Worth side of the metroplex. The company has an executed lease for an 18,000-square-foot build-to-suit indoor complex at The Railyard Crossing, 6440 Davis Blvd.
Studio Arenna hasn't published a court count for the site, so we haven't recorded one. An 18,000-square-foot footprint is consistent with a mid-sized club, but we're not going to put a number in the directory that the operator hasn't given.
There's a wrinkle worth flagging. Arenna's website markets four locations — Denver (open), Parker, "Arenna Fort Worth" and "Arenna Dallas" — with the last three all marked coming soon and carrying no details. Only the North Richland Hills lease has a confirmed address. A fifth DFW club may be in this pipeline that nobody has counted yet.
What this does to DFW's court count
DFW's constraint has never been demand. It's been supply. Compare the three big Texas metros as they stand in our directory today:

One correction to that list. Net Racquet Club on Spring Valley Road is still carried as open in our directory, but its website no longer resolves to a server and Google shows the listing as permanently closed. We're re-verifying it. Call ahead before you drive out there.
DFW padel today means the Inwood Road and Spring Valley corridor in Farmers Branch, plus Carrollton and one outdoor club in Frisco. Every pipeline club except Studio Arenna lands in that same corridor or just south of it in central Dallas — the metro is about to get deeper, not much wider. Fort Worth players have nothing on their side of the metroplex until Arenna opens.
