When does Padel Square open?

Padel Square has not published an opening date. Its booking site still reads "Coming Soon," and as of late July 2026 the reservation calendar showed no bookable court times. Memberships are already on sale, which usually signals an opening within months rather than years. We will update this post when the club announces a date.

How many courts will Padel Square have?

Seven padel courts, all indoor, inside a building the club describes as 35,000-plus square feet. All seven are planned as full panoramic courts, with glass on all four sides rather than mesh backs. That would make Padel Square the largest padel facility in Dallas-Fort Worth, where the biggest clubs currently open have four courts.

How much is a Padel Square membership?

Three tiers are published: Youth at $80 per month or $800 per year, Standard at $100 per month or $1,000 per year, and Family at $235 per month or $2,350 per year. Each annual price is ten times the monthly rate, so paying yearly saves two months. Note that court time is billed separately and there is a separate, non-refundable initiation fee that the club has not posted publicly.

Where is Padel Square located?

At 14303 Inwood Rd, Farmers Branch, TX 75244, in the northwest corner of the Dallas metro. It is listed under Dallas in most directories, but the street address is in Farmers Branch, just north of LBJ Freeway. The site sits in the same Inwood Road and Spring Valley corridor as several other DFW padel clubs.

Can non-members play at Padel Square?

Yes. The club's FAQ confirms non-members can reserve courts at non-member pricing, with a three-day booking window instead of the longer advance window members get. Members pay for court time too, so the membership functions as a discount and priority-booking program rather than an all-inclusive pass. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are free for members and non-members.

What other padel clubs are near Farmers Branch?

Kraken Padel Club has four indoor courts on S Josey Lane and Net Racquet Club has three indoor courts on Spring Valley Road, both within a few miles. Brookhaven Country Club has two courts but is members-only, and Preston Playhouse has two indoor courts on Preston Road. Another Big Player Joins DFW's Padel Corridor

Northwest Dallas has quietly become one of the densest padel clusters in Texas. Our directory lists eight clubs across Farmers Branch, North Dallas, and Carrollton — most of them within a few miles of each other along the Inwood Road and Spring Valley corridor. The largest one hasn't opened yet.

Padel Square is building a seven-court indoor facility at 14303 Inwood Rd in Farmers Branch. Membership pricing is already live on its PlayByPoint booking site, along with a full amenity list. What isn't live is an opening date — as of late July 2026, the club's booking calendar showed no bookable court times. Here's what Padel Square has committed to on paper.

What Padel Square Is Building

The club's own FAQ describes seven padel courts inside a 35,000-plus-square-foot building, all of them full panoramic courts — glass on all four sides rather than the cheaper mesh-back build. Panoramic courts cost more and are worth it: cleaner sightlines for spectators, better angles for filming, and the configuration that competitive play assumes.

The published amenity list leans as hard on the social side as the sporting one:

A bar, a lounge, and a corporate room is a club designed for the hours around a match, not just the match itself. That is the model that has driven padel's growth in Miami and Austin, and building it in Farmers Branch is a bet that DFW's padel population is now big enough to support a destination venue rather than a court rental.

Seven indoor courts would make Padel Square the largest padel facility in Dallas-Fort Worth by a wide margin — the biggest clubs currently open in the metro top out at four courts. Statewide, it would tie U-Padel Woodlands for the most indoor courts at a single Texas club.

Membership Pricing

Three tiers are published, each sold monthly or annually. Every annual rate is exactly ten times the monthly, so paying up front works out to two free months:

All three tiers list identical benefits: discounted lesson and clinic rates, discounts on tournaments and leagues, one to two guest passes a month under a "first-time friends play free" policy, welcome clinics grouped by playing level, and an annual member BBQ built around the finals of the club's league. Members can also book a "Padel Party" — three courts for three hours with an instructor, for up to 25 guests.

Two details are worth reading closely before you sign up. First, membership does not include court time. The FAQ is explicit that members still pay to rent courts; what the membership buys is a discounted rate and a longer advance booking window. Second, there is an initiation fee and it is non-refundable. It isn't included in the tier prices above, and the amount isn't posted — ask before committing.

Non-members will be able to book as well, at non-member rates and with a three-day reservation window. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours ahead for members and non-members alike.

The Neighborhood Context

Padel Square is not arriving in open territory. Within roughly three miles:

Push a few miles further into Carrollton and you add Dallas Padel Club and Padel39 Dallas on Belmeade Drive.

For players, seven more courts in this corridor mostly solves a scheduling problem. DFW's existing clubs are small, and prime-time evening slots at three- and four-court venues disappear early. Dropping seven courts into a two-mile radius roughly doubles the neighborhood's peak-hour capacity — which tends to be the difference between padel as a standing weekly game and padel as something you play when you can get a court.
