1. Acceptance of Terms

Padel Browser ("Platform") is operated by Lowcode Garage LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Padel Browser, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.

2. What Padel Browser Is

Padel Browser is an informational directory, AI-powered data aggregation platform, match coordination tool, and club operations platform. We may also process payments for services offered through the Platform.

We may offer AI-powered agent technology that can access and interact with third-party booking platforms on your behalf using credentials you provide. This does not make us a booking provider. We are a technology layer that executes actions on third-party platforms at your direction — your booking relationship remains between you and the club or platform.

We are not a sports governing body or agent of any padel club. We surface information and tools, but your relationship with any club or booking platform is between you and them. We are not responsible for transactions between you and any third-party club or platform.

We are not obligated to monitor, verify, or confirm the accuracy or outcome of actions performed by AI-powered agents on your behalf.

3. Data Aggregation Disclaimer

Padel Browser collects publicly available information about clubs and programs. We do our best to keep things accurate, but we don't guarantee:

  • Accuracy or completeness of listings
  • Real-time or up-to-date availability
  • Booking or pricing accuracy

Clubs may update their systems independently of our platform. Use the information at your own risk.

4. No Affiliation

Unless explicitly stated, Padel Browser is not affiliated with any third-party booking platform or any individual padel club. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. AI-Generated Content

Some content on Padel Browser is generated or structured using AI systems. AI-generated summaries may contain inaccuracies. Don't rely solely on automated outputs for critical decisions.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account:

  • You're responsible for keeping it secure
  • You agree to provide accurate information
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account

If you provide login credentials for third-party platforms, you represent that you have the right to use those credentials and you authorize us to store and use them on your behalf using commercially reasonable security measures.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Public Content and User Submissions

Padel Browser may display reviews, ratings, and other content sourced from publicly available platforms. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.

If you submit information to us (such as profile updates, corrections, or feedback), you confirm it's truthful and that you have the right to share it. We may use that information to improve listings and our AI systems, and we may remove content at our discretion.

If we introduce the ability to submit reviews or comments directly on the Platform in the future, any content you submit may be publicly visible, and you grant Lowcode Garage LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it.

8. Authorization to Act on Your Behalf

By using any AI-powered agents or automated features on the Platform, you expressly authorize Padel Browser to act on your behalf to:

  • Access third-party websites, booking systems, and club platforms
  • Input your information and credentials (if provided) to complete bookings or reservations
  • Interact with booking interfaces, including selecting times, confirming reservations, and submitting required information
  • Accept terms, waivers, and policies required by third-party clubs or booking platforms as necessary to complete a reservation

You acknowledge that:

  • Padel Browser is acting solely as a technical intermediary and not as the provider of the underlying services
  • Any agreements, waivers, or obligations accepted through these interactions are between you and the applicable third party
  • You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of any club or platform you engage with

For the avoidance of doubt, any actions taken by the Platform's AI-powered agents using your credentials or authorization are deemed to be actions taken by you directly. You are responsible for all outcomes resulting from those actions.

9. Club Waivers and Assumption of Risk

Many padel clubs and facilities require participants to agree to liability waivers, release agreements, or other terms prior to participation or booking.

By using the Platform's AI-powered agents or booking features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You authorize Padel Browser to accept such waivers or agreements on your behalf where required to complete a booking
  • You agree to be bound by those waivers and terms as if you had accepted them directly
  • Participation in padel or related activities involves inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all such risks

Padel Browser and Lowcode Garage LLC are not responsible for the content, enforceability, or implications of any third-party waivers or agreements.

10. Bookings, Cancellations, and Fees

All bookings made through the Platform, including those facilitated by AI-powered agents, are subject to the terms, pricing, cancellation policies, and fees of the applicable club or third-party platform.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Clubs may charge cancellation fees, no-show fees, deposits, or other penalties in accordance with their policies
  • Padel Browser does not control and is not responsible for these policies or any resulting charges
  • You are solely responsible for any fees, penalties, or charges associated with your bookings, cancellations, or modifications

Padel Browser is not responsible for:

  • Failed, incomplete, or duplicate bookings
  • Changes in availability, pricing, or scheduling
  • Club-initiated cancellations, rescheduling, or refusals of service
  • Refunds, disputes, or chargebacks related to third-party bookings

Any disputes regarding bookings or fees must be resolved directly with the relevant club or platform.

Due to the nature of third-party systems and automated interactions, availability and pricing may change between the time an action is initiated and completed. You acknowledge that bookings may fail, be modified, or be completed under different conditions than initially presented.

11. Third-Party Credentials and Account Access

If you provide login credentials for third-party platforms, you:

  • Represent that you have the authority to share such credentials
  • Authorize Padel Browser to use them solely to perform actions you request
  • Acknowledge the risks associated with granting automated access to your accounts

We store your credentials in our backend systems using commercially reasonable security measures for ongoing use until you revoke access or delete your account. You acknowledge that providing credentials to any system carries inherent risk, and you assume all risks associated with storing and using your credentials through the Platform.

You remain fully responsible for all activity conducted through your accounts, whether performed directly by you or through the Platform's automated systems.

12. Club Operations Tools

Padel Browser may offer AI agents or operational tools for clubs. We make no guarantees about:

  • Revenue outcomes
  • Scheduling optimization results
  • Matchmaking accuracy
  • Business performance improvements

Clubs use these tools at their own risk.

13. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer the platform
  • Scrape or extract our database
  • Abuse booking tools or AI-powered agents
  • Provide false credentials for third-party platforms
  • Use the Platform's agents to make bookings you do not intend to honor
  • Post false or defamatory content
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes

14. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, software, AI systems, and database structure are owned by Lowcode Garage LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

Padel Browser is provided "as is." Lowcode Garage LLC is not liable for:

  • Booking errors or missed reservations
  • Incorrect availability or pricing data
  • Match coordination issues
  • Business losses
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Actions taken by AI-powered agents or automated systems on your behalf, including bookings or acceptance of third-party terms
  • Any waivers, agreements, or obligations accepted through third-party platforms
  • Cancellation fees, no-show charges, or penalties imposed by clubs or providers
  • Errors, delays, or unintended outcomes resulting from automated interactions with third-party systems
  • Fees, penalties, or charges imposed by third-party clubs or platforms as a result of agent-initiated bookings
  • Failure of AI-powered agents to successfully complete requested actions, including partial execution or unintended outcomes

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lowcode Garage LLC harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Platform, your content submissions, actions taken by AI-powered agents on your behalf, your violation of any third-party terms or waivers, or your violation of these Terms.

17. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we'd prefer to resolve it informally first. Please contact us at hello@padelbrowser.com and we'll try to work things out. If we can't resolve it informally, any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. You may also bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

18. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the appropriate courts in New York.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of padelbrowser.com means you accept the updated Terms.
