I contemplated for atleast 3-4months about writing this review because I believe in supporting local businesses but I hope this review can help future customers to make informed decisions. I initially chose this club for Padel classes because when I spoke to Ahmed I had a great experience on that call with him, I felt very welcomed and appreciated. I was assigned to Zane Hussain (coach) he was great for the first 2 classes. What i experienced I hope no one else has to go through this. I’m a beginner I was learning instead of being motivated by my coach I was constantly being sideline and put down, he was constantly comparing me to others, experienced players. I continued because I was determined until one day I did not want to feel like this anymore. I left this club and moved to Court X - big difference on how I was treated by the employees and coaches there who supported me in every step of the way after learning about fears of playing Padel because of how I was treated by Zane at NPC, I paid a premium for private classes with him just to be treated this way, he does not care about his student growth & progress he only cares about the money. When I explained to him that I’m not returning to the club he said “FIND A COACH OR STOP PLAYING” .This review is not to discourage clients from NPC it’s a good place just please be mindful of who your coach is! This will change your experience all together! Ahmed thank you for making me feel welcomed during that call and I wish your business much success. Clients please choose your coach wisely. I personally do not recommend Zane Hussain as a coach of good character and integrity.

The best place for padel in GTA! Highly recommend! I've recently started playing padel and received a lot of support from the owner Ahmed and the coaches. It's almost like they are interested in your progress. All the communication is done through what's app. Finding games and partners is quite easy, if you want to play, they will find a game for you. And I can see a lot of effort on matching players with similar levels. They personally know you, and understand your needs. I like both competitive matches and occasional tournaments. If you still have doubts, just visit the club, join what's app group, and see for yourself!

One of the best Padel courts I’ve been to. The highest quality facility, very kind staff and a great community overall
