Kingdom of Padel
A converted Harley-Davidson warehouse on Morena Boulevard might seem an unlikely home for San Diego's most ambitious padel club — but Kingdom of Padel makes it work spectacularly.
Opened in October 2025 by Fernando Garcia Sotelo and Francisco "Chisko" Angel, Kingdom of Padel is a multi-sport social club in the Bay Ho neighborhood that combines padel, pickleball, golf simulators, and a health-focused restaurant under one roof. It's the rare San Diego facility offering indoor padel courts — something local players have been craving.
The Courts
Kingdom of Padel features 6 padel courts (4 indoor, 2 outdoor) and 3 pickleball courts. The indoor courts are set inside the former warehouse's high ceilings, adorned with brightly colored murals and purple neon signage. As one player put it, "indoor is when the real padel shows up" — and having both indoor and outdoor options means play continues regardless of weather.
Programs & Coaching
The club offers open play, coaching sessions, clinics, and tournaments for both padel and pickleball. Nick, one of the managers, is frequently praised for being friendly and accommodating. The club launched with 65 founding members and continues to grow its community of players across all skill levels.

Beyond the courts, there are 3 Trackman golf simulators (playable on ~450 courses), a fitness gym, locker rooms with showers, and a health-focused restaurant that serves coffee, avocado toasts, smoothies, and acai bowls by day before converting to a sports bar after 4 PM.
Location & Getting There
Located at 4645 Morena Blvd in the Morena Plaza shopping center, Bay Ho neighborhood, San Diego, CA 92117. The entrance can be a bit tricky to find — follow the signs after entering the gate and head up the hill. Tons of parking available.
