That bold claim from Taktika co-founder Gabriel Perez Krieb became reality in February 2024 when Taktika Padel opened its Stockton location on the University of the Pacific campus — making history as the first padel and pickleball complex on a U.S. college campus.
Taktika Padel - Stockton is an outdoor padel facility located adjacent to the Eve Zimmerman Tennis Center on the University of the Pacific campus in Stockton, California. The complex is a partnership between Taktika Padel, the leading padel operator in the Western U.S., and the university.
The Courts
Taktika Padel - Stockton features 4 outdoor padel courts with professional-grade artificial turf and panoramic glass walls, plus 8 pickleball courts. The venue is equipped with LED floodlights for evening play and video cameras for live streaming. The courts were built on previously unused university land, transforming it into a state-of-the-art racquet sports destination.
Programs & Coaching
Taktika Padel offers certified coaching with private lessons, group clinics, and structured training programs for all skill levels. The facility also hosts tournaments, including the inaugural Chosen Foods Circuit Stockton Tournament — the first USPA-sanctioned padel tournament in Northern California. Equipment rental is available on-site, so you can show up and play with just athletic shoes.

The facility creates a unique blend of collegiate energy and community access. Pacific students, faculty, and staff enjoy free access during early morning and late evening hours, while community members can book courts throughout the day via the PlayByPoint app.

Located at 3398 N Pershing Ave on the University of the Pacific campus in Stockton, just north of the Eve Zimmerman Tennis Center. The campus offers ample parking for visitors.
