Swing Racquet + Paddle is a first-of-its-kind, 45-acre "Sportstainment" campus coming to Raleigh's Brier Creek neighborhood in 2026. The $125 million flagship facility will feature 15 padel courts, 28 tennis courts, 25 pickleball courts, and four beach tennis courts, making it one of the largest multi-racquet sports complexes in the world. Curated by celebrity chef Fabio Viviani, the campus also includes a full restaurant and bar, coaching programs, and a pro shop—all designed to blend world-class sport with a vibrant social experience.
