About Society Park

Society Park is one of Orlando's most ambitious new sport-and-lifestyle developments — a 2.4-acre mixed-use destination on International Drive anchored by one of the largest padel facilities in the United States. Planned for a soft opening in Spring 2026, Society Park transforms part of the former Wyndham resort site into what's been described as a "Gen Z country club" — blending competitive sport with dining, shopping, and social scenes.

The Padel Complex

Society Park's padel offering is the centerpiece of the development:

• 9 padel courts — among the largest padel facilities in the country
• Exhibition court for tournaments and professional play
• 2 children's courts for junior programming
• 3 pickleball courts alongside the padel venue

Developed by Unicorp with Build Ventures overseeing construction, the complex is designed for both casual drop-in play and elite tournament hosting.
