What Players Say
Although this is a fun place to play tennis and the coaches are amazing, the administration is ridiculous always hiding behind emails and the policies for refund . As many of the other comments on here, I have had a negative experience on several occasions with the administration. I've had recent issues with tennis elbow diagnosed by doctor and acquired from play at the club. To get into programs it was required to sign up ahead of time. My injury occurred after sign up and the coaches encouraged me not to play for some time. I paid $172 plus tax to get into four classes. I was requesting only a credit for these classes due to injury. After filling out a form and waiting and waiting, I got the answer back that the credit would not be issued. I would however be able to get 50% of the last two classes back if I supplied a doctor's note. So of 172.00, I will receive $13 in credit after paying for the doctor's note. Note that I am a frequent player and have spent thousands of dollars over the last year playing at this club. The two stars above are for the coaches.-3 Stars for the worst Administration possible. So many stories of injuries without any support from the club! This is a recreational Club and the programs are hard to get into so it's not like they're missing out. They are just double dipping. It's time to review policy! Safety and injury should be able to get a credit!
Excellent conditions have been created for Activities. There are wonderful coaches and attentive, polite administrative staff. The tennis courts are beautifully maintained even at the end of the season and the restaurant offers delicious food.
The padel court is okay, the bounce is inconsistent in some areas, which can affect the game, and two of the rental rackets are broken. We ended up having to play with them twice, so it would be great if they could be replaced. Looking forward to continuing to play here and hoping these small improvements make the experience even better!
