About Quail Valley Racquet Sports

Quail Valley is one of Florida's premier private social clubs on the Vero Beach Treasure Coast — a members-only club with a golf course, oceanfront dining at the River Club, and The Pointe (a 47,365 sq ft waterfront hotel/restaurant complex). The club is now adding a fourth major facility dedicated specifically to racquet sports and lawn games, including 5 padel courts.

The New Racquet Complex (Under Development)

Per Vero News / Vero Beach 32963 local press coverage (August 2024 and September 2025):

• 5 padel courts
• 8 lighted pickleball courts
• 2 indoor squash courts
• 2 bocce ball courts
• Built on an 8-acre site at 41st Street and 11th Drive
• ~$25 million investment for the full complex
• Indian River County gave key approvals in September 2025
• Target completion: end of 2027

The project addresses member demand Quail Valley couldn't previously meet — the club already has 7 tennis courts at the River Club but no pickleball or padel anywhere in its existing properties, driving the decision to build a dedicated fourth club location rather than retrofit.

The Rest of Quail Valley

Quail Valley members already enjoy three existing clubs:

• Golf Club — 6545 Pinnacle Drive, Vero Beach
• River Club — 2345 Highway A1A (epicenter of social life: dining, fitness, spa, 43-slip marina, 7 tennis courts, overnight accommodations, speaker series, themed evenings)
• The Pointe — 1 Royal Palm Pointe (47,365 sq ft waterfront complex opened 2016 with restaurant, lounge, and member hotel)

Quail Valley was founded by Steve Mulvey and partner Kevin Given with 30 founding members, and membership is split into Charter (golf) and House (social) categories.
