About PURE Pickleball & Padel

PURE Pickleball & Padel is building what the developers say will be the world's largest indoor pickleball and padel facility — a 196,726 sq ft, 48-court destination on 11+ acres at the Riverwalk development in the Talking Stick Entertainment District near Scottsdale, Arizona. The project is being developed by Caliber Cos. (NASDAQ: CWD), with a joint venture partner, and is targeting a 2027 opening.

The Courts

Architecture

Designed by DAVIS (architecture, interiors, urban design). The exterior and interior draw inspiration from the Piipash pottery and O'odham community basket patterns of the surrounding Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community — corrugated metal, black steel, dark concrete, and weathered wood throughout.

PURE Pickleball & Padel — Riverwalk ("PURE-Scottsdale") is located at the Talking Stick Entertainment District on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, adjacent to Scottsdale. The DB address 9120 E Talking Stick Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85250 is within the development area; the precise street address for the facility will be finalized as construction advances.

Riverwalk is a 100-acre entertainment destination development, positioned between the aquarium and Top Golf, right off the 101 Freeway and Via de Ventura.

Status
