About Padeland

Arizona's first indoor padel club isn't just building courts — it's building a whole new social scene. Padeland is transforming a 35,000-square-foot former movie theater in downtown Chandler into a one-of-a-kind destination where sport, wellness, and hospitality collide.

The Courts

Padeland features 4 indoor padel courts alongside 5 pickleball courts, all housed in the spacious former LOOK Dine-In Cinemas building at 1 W. Chandler Boulevard. The converted cinema space provides generous ceiling height for uninhibited lob play, and the facility is purpose-designed to deliver a premium court experience for both padel and pickleball players.

More Than Just Courts

What sets Padeland apart is everything surrounding the courts. The facility includes an on-site craft brewery and taproom, a full-service restaurant with fresh seasonal dishes and handcrafted cocktails, a coffee bar with premium drinks and light bites, and an outdoor terrace for post-match relaxation. There's even a dedicated coworking area with high-speed internet for remote professionals who want to mix work and play.

Wellness & Recovery

Padeland takes the recovery side seriously with a wellness lounge featuring cold plunge therapy, sauna access, and recovery tools. A strength training area accommodates athletic conditioning to help players improve their game, while stretching zones support overall well-being.

The Vision

Co-founded by Daniel Maldonado and Alejandro Serna, Padeland was born from a simple idea: build the social sports destination the Phoenix Valley was missing. As Maldonado puts it, they set out to create "a fun social environment that blends movement, wellness, and good vibes." The Chandler location is the first of planned regional venues.

Pro Shop

A fully stocked pro shop carries gear, apparel, and accessories for padel, pickleball, and more — so first-timers can get equipped and regulars can upgrade their kit.

Located at 1 W. Chandler Boulevard in the heart of downtown Chandler, Padeland sits in one of the East Valley's most vibrant neighborhoods. A five-story covered parking garage provides convenient access for guests.
