Padel Siete Seis is a padel-only club at Pueblo Serena, Carretera Nacional 500, Valle Alto, in Monterrey.

It has seven outdoor doubles padel courts with glass walls. Matches are 1.5 hours and are booked through Playtomic. Members pay less for courts than non-members, and the club sells monthly, six-month and annual memberships. It offers private and group classes and a children's academy. Members get discounts on tournaments, leagues, the restaurant and the pro shop, which the site lists as coming soon.
