Planned padel facility in downtown Overland Park featuring 6 courts (4 indoor, 2 outdoor) on a 1.07-acre site. Approved by City Council in August 2024 with a 10-year special use permit. The building will be constructed of brick, stucco, and metal panels with covered roof structure over all courts.
