Founded by local Austin entrepreneurs Yaro Kazakov and Daria Dergileva, Padel Collective is a 20,800-square-foot wellness-focused padel facility coming to North Austin at 1610 Dungan Lane, targeting a spring 2026 opening.

As Kazakov puts it: "Austinites are health-conscious, socially engaged and live active, wellness-driven lives." The vision is to help Austin become "the epicenter for padel in the South" — and they're building a facility designed for exactly that lifestyle.

The Courts

Padel Collective will feature 6 indoor and outdoor panoramic padel courts across its 20,800-square-foot space, designed for an immersive playing experience. The lease was arranged by CBRE Group.

The Experience

Beyond the courts, the facility includes a sauna, two cold plunges, showers, rentable padel equipment, and a cafe serving coffee, matcha, pastries, and tacos. It's positioned as an upscale, wellness-forward alternative in Austin's growing padel scene — differentiating through fitness amenities and an elevated environment.
