About Padel Broward
Padel Broward is a planned large-scale multi-racquet venue coming to Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale — a proposal that went through Fort Lauderdale's Development Review Committee in July 2024. When complete, it will be one of the most substantial dedicated padel-plus-pickleball facilities in Broward County, housed in a purpose-built ~59,000 sq ft, 80-foot-tall building right on US-1.
The Plan
Per plans filed with the city (covered by Florida YIMBY and The Padel Weekly, July 2024):
- 8 padel courts
- 6 pickleball courts
- 1,098 sq ft pro shop
- 984 sq ft juice bar
- 65 parking spaces on the ground level
- 80-foot-tall building — substantial indoor height clearance over the padel courts
- 59,404 sq ft total floor area
Site & Ownership
Padel Broward LLC acquired the 1.01-acre site at 4000 and 4008 North Federal Highway in 2023 for $5.5 million. The site is managed by Arvinder Bajaj of AB Diversified (Plantation), Vicki Tofte, and Vilic Novovic (Coral Springs). The parcel sits near the Coral Ridge Country Club, along Fort Lauderdale's key Federal Highway commercial corridor.
Location
4000 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL — on US-1 (Federal Highway) in the Coral Ridge area, convenient to downtown Fort Lauderdale, Wilton Manors, and Pompano Beach.
Status
Pre-construction. Plans were under development review as of mid-2024. As of 2026-04-21 there is no Google Maps listing for Padel Broward and no public website; the project is still working through the pre-construction phase.
