"Padel lives here." That's the rallying cry at Cloud 9 Park, where Denver got its very first public padel court — and a whole new way to spend a sunny afternoon in the 9+CO neighborhood.

Olympus Padel - Denver is an outdoor padel facility at 4116 E 9th Ave, nestled inside the 1.7-acre Cloud 9 Park. A collaboration between 9Co, Olympus Padel, and Aspen Padel Club, the court opened on June 28, 2025 and quickly became one of the most talked-about additions to Denver's growing padel scene.

The Court

Olympus Padel - Denver features 1 outdoor padel court with glass walls and artificial turf over silica sand — the same surface you'll find at professional padel facilities worldwide. The see-through, roofless design means you play under Colorado's famous blue skies, surrounded by the park's public art, hammocks, and walking paths.

Programs & Community

The facility offers clinics, beginner open play, and court programming managed through PlayByPoint. An active WhatsApp community group connects local players for pickup matches and event updates. Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned player, there's a way in.

The Experience

What makes Cloud 9 Park special is its accessibility. Courts are free on weekdays from 10am to 4pm — making it possibly the first free public padel court in the country. Equipment is available to rent on-site through a vending machine stocked with rackets and balls.

The park itself is a community gathering spot with playground equipment, picnic tables, lounge chairs under shady umbrellas, ping pong tables, and a public art installation by Ana María Hernando.
