The Entry Block padel facility is a planned padel center at 1222 and 1224 Crandon Boulevard on Key Biscayne. Developer David Martin, CEO of Terra Group, proposed it, and the Key Biscayne Village Council voted 5-0 to approve the site plan in July 2025. The plan also includes two commercial retail and office buildings.

The approved plan has five padel courts: three indoor courts, which are not visible from Crandon Boulevard, and two 30-foot-high outdoor plexiglass courts. An indoor cafe will accompany the indoor courts. No operator, booking method, access rules or opening date have been published.
