Epic Athletic Club is the former Midlothian Tennis Club at 3650 Brandermill Parkway in Midlothian, Virginia. Epic Padel, a Northern Virginia company, bought it in a deal that closed July 13, 2026. The club has four indoor and 12 outdoor clay tennis courts, and its website says it is under new ownership and becoming Epic Athletic Club.

According to Richmond BizSense, the first phase of changes includes four outdoor padel courts by the first quarter of 2027. More padel courts will be added over time while some tennis courts are kept. The club's roughly 250 active members can transfer their memberships to Epic. The club sells monthly memberships. No padel booking details or opening date have been published yet.
