Historic tennis facility in East Potomac Park (Hains Point) undergoing a $10M revitalization under a 45-year National Park Service lease. The redesigned center will expand to offer tennis, pickleball, and padel on an 8.5-acre site with views of the Washington Monument and Potomac River. Features 24 existing tennis courts (19 outdoor, 5 indoor) with new padel and pickleball courts being added. Phased reopening anticipated in 2026.
