About Charleston Racquet Club

Charleston Racquet Club bills itself as the Southeast's premier racquet sports club, located on the upper peninsula of downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Padel at Charleston Racquet Club

Two outdoor padel courts are set to be added in late 2026, part of a broader build-out that also adds more singles and doubles squash courts alongside the real tennis court. Padel is listed among the club's core sports on its own website, placing it in the wave of Charleston-area padel construction that also includes pATL Mt. Pleasant, The Point Racket & Social Club on Johns Island, and new courts at Daniel Island Club.

The club is moving into a new home at 2045 Meeting Street Rd in the upper peninsula, relocating from its previous 1437 King Street space.
