Bush Tennis Center

Bush Tennis Center is a world-class racket sports facility in Midland that brought padel to West Texas. This non-profit center has earned a reputation as one of the premier destinations for tennis, pickleball, and padel in the region, with a commitment to making quality racket sports accessible to the Midland-Odessa community.

The Courts

The facility boasts an impressive array of courts: 19 full-size lighted tennis courts including a stadium court, 8 pickleball courts, and 2 padel courts. The courts are meticulously maintained with quality nets and wind screens, earning consistent praise from visitors and tournament players alike.

Padel at BTC

Bush Tennis Center is proud to be one of the first facilities to offer padel in West Texas. Padel court reservations are available Monday through Friday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, and on weekends from 8:00am to 11:00am. Instructor Carmen García has helped numerous families discover and fall in love with the sport.

We went to take paddle lessons and Carmen García taught us with a lot of patience and sympathy, it was really worth it, the paddle seemed spectacular to us.

Programs & Instruction

BTC offers comprehensive programming for all ages and skill levels, including private lessons, junior and adult clinics, cardio tennis, and summer camps. The coaching staff receives consistent praise for their professionalism, patience, and genuine love of the sport.

Location & Membership

Located at 5700 Briarwood Ave in Midland, BTC features a large parking lot that can accommodate charter buses and groups. The facility opens at 8 AM and offers various membership options to fit different needs and budgets. UTR tournaments are regularly hosted at the venue.
