When Puerto Rican reggaeton icon Daddy Yankee and 10by20 CEO Luis Carrero went looking for their next padel location, they chose a public tennis center in Wellington — not a warehouse or a strip mall, but a Village-owned facility with 30 years of racquet sports history.

10by20 Padel Wellington is a 7-court outdoor padel facility at the Wellington Tennis Center, developed through a $1.5 million public-private partnership between 10by20 LLC and the Village of Wellington. Construction broke ground in June 2025, with the facility expected to open in early 2026 as the brand's second South Florida location after their popular Fort Lauderdale club.

The Courts

The facility features 7 outdoor padel courts with glass walls and spectator seating, built adjacent to six new tennis courts as part of a broader expansion of the Wellington Tennis Center. Like their Fort Lauderdale location — which holds a 4.9-star rating — 10by20 brings PPA-spec court quality and professional-grade infrastructure to the Wellington community.

Programs & Play

10by20 is known for welcoming players of all skill levels. Their Fort Lauderdale location offers clinics, open play, and lessons, and the Wellington facility is expected to follow the same model. The brand pioneered an unlimited play membership at a flat monthly rate — one of the first of its kind in US padel.
