Conquer Padel Locations 2026: All 10 US Clubs Mapped

Two open clubs, one signed lease, and six franchise territories

October 6, 2026·6 min read·Padel Browser

Conquer Padel's "Find Your Club" menu lists ten American cities. Two of them have courts you can book this afternoon. The other eight are franchise territories at wildly different stages of becoming real — and Conquer's own website does very little to tell you which is which.

Here is the honest state of the network as of October 2026: what is open, what is genuinely under construction, and what is still a signed territory with no address attached to it.

Where You Can Play Right Now

Two clubs. One in Arizona, one in Utah.

Conquer Padel Club
The Tempe Flagship

Conquer Padel Club

7760 S Priest Dr Suite 108, Tempe, AZ 85284(480) 864-7500

The original, and still the template every other Conquer club is being built from. It sits in an industrial pocket of south Tempe off South Priest Drive, roughly equidistant from Scottsdale, Mesa and Chandler, which is why it draws players from across the Valley rather than one neighbourhood. Conquer bills it as five indoor courts under 30-foot ceilings — worth noting, because early announcements said seven and plenty of directory listings still repeat that number.

The amenity list is where Conquer's thesis shows: cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light therapy, a stretch area, grab-and-go food, and soundproof office pods. It is built for someone who arrives at 11am, plays, recovers, takes a call and stays for lunch. Open play runs daily, and the desk will match you with players at your level if you turn up alone.

Conquer Padel Club Lehi
Open in Silicon Slopes

Conquer Padel Club Lehi

4060 W 2100 N Ste 100, Lehi, UT 84043(520) 646-0886

The bigger of the two, and the newer one. Conquer took a ten-year lease on a 30,000-square-foot building in Lehi and filled it with seven courts, a gym, a recovery zone, a Pilates area and lounges. The location is deliberate — this is the middle of Utah's tech corridor, and the calendar reads like it knows exactly who its members are, with a Hard Tech Networking Night sitting between a Hyrox class and a Thursday women's session.

It is also the more serious competitive room. Lehi hosts the Utah Open, a USA Padel 250 tournament, on 23 October, and runs five weekly socials — Moneyball Mondays, Taco Tuesday, Queens of the Court, Wheel of Fortune and Asado & Padel. For local context, see our Utah County roundup and the wider Salt Lake City guide.

What It Actually Costs to Drop In

Conquer's pitch is that you need no membership, no partner and no equipment to start, and both open clubs back that up with published walk-up rates — rarer in US padel than it should be.

Tempe charges walk-ins $18 per person per hour off-peak and $25 at peak (weekday evenings 5–9pm, weekends 9am–2pm). Memberships run $45 to $350 a month, with a $199 family plan covering six people in one household and no initiation fee. At Lehi, non-members book a court for $20 off-peak or $30 at peak, two-hour open play is $30, clinics are $40 and socials $25; membership tiers are $69, $99 and $171.

Both sit in the normal band for US padel — we broke down the national picture in how much padel costs in the US. Tempe takes bookings through PlayByPoint, as do many US clubs; see our booking platform guide.

Jacksonville Is the Only Real Build in the Pipeline

Conquer Padel Jacksonville
Opening Soon

Conquer Padel Jacksonville

8313 Baycenter Road, Jacksonville, FL 32256(602) 834-0044

Of the eight announced markets, exactly one has a signed lease and a published address. Conquer confirmed the Baycenter Road site in July 2026: five indoor courts under 30-foot ceilings, a full gym, a recovery area with saunas and cryotherapy, a coffee and smoothie bar, member lounges, corporate event space, a pro shop and a mezzanine viewing deck. It would be the first dedicated indoor padel facility in Northeast Florida.

What Conquer has not published is an opening date. The announcement said timelines would follow "as development progresses," and nothing has followed, so treat any date quoted elsewhere with suspicion. The club is run by franchise owners Matthew Sands and Justin Flynn, who hold the Conquer territories for Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa. We covered the lease signing when it landed.

Conquer Padel Orlando

Conquer Padel Orlando

Orlando was the one to watch, and it has slipped. When Sands and Flynn signed for Florida, the Orlando debut was pencilled in for August 2026. That month has passed, Conquer's Orlando page carries no address and no revised date, and the club has not broken ground publicly. The territory is real and the operators are real — the building is not yet. Orlando has the deepest pipeline in American padel regardless, as we mapped in Orlando's padel pipeline.

The Other Six Are Territories, Not Clubs

This is the part worth internalising. The remaining markets each have a Conquer landing page, and all six pages are the same page — identical boilerplate with the city name swapped in. No address, no court count, no date, no renderings. What they do have is a named franchise partner, which is the only real signal available:

MarketFranchise partnerWhat is published
Tampa, FLMatthew Sands & Justin FlynnTerritory secured
Los Angeles, CAJulien Jarmoune (California)Territory secured
Ocean, NJBaker familyTerritory secured; four Northeast sites planned
Seattle, WADavid BurnettTerritory secured
Chicago, ILDavid BurnettTerritory secured
Reno, NVDavid BurnettTerritory secured

A test you can apply yourself: open any Conquer "coming soon" page and look for a street address. Jacksonville has one. None of the other six do. A page offering only a newsletter signup and a preferred-location dropdown is a marketing placeholder for a territory, not a construction announcement — and that is the difference between "opening next year" and "someday."

What the Franchise Map Tells Us

Conquer is doing something no other US padel operator is: franchising. The brand started in Mexico, now runs under Conquer Franchise Group with Barry Falcon as CEO, and sells territories through a Franchise Disclosure Document — a $60,000 franchise fee against an estimated initial investment of $1.07m to $2.58m per club. That is why the location list is ten cities long while the open-club count is two. Selling a territory takes a signature; building a club takes eighteen months and a landlord.

The franchisee profile is consistent, and it tells you what kind of clubs these will be. The Bakers ran 24 Planet Fitness locations in the Midwest before selling in 2024. Sands is a former collegiate tennis player at Georgia Southern. Burnett spent fourteen years co-owning an equipment rental business. These are multi-unit fitness and services operators, not padel lifers — the profile that scaled pickleball — which points at standardised, amenity-heavy suburban boxes rather than bespoke clubs.

Two patterns hold across every site. Drop-in access is structural rather than promotional: every club publishes walk-up rates, which is how you build volume where most people have never held a padel racket. And recovery is treated as core infrastructure — sauna, plunge and red light therapy appear in every announcement, including the ones with no address. Conquer, citing Playtomic's 2026 Global Padel Report, pegs the global game at more than 19 million players with a new club opening somewhere every 90 minutes. Its own stated ambition has been 50 US clubs. Ten markets and two open doors is where that stands today.

For the rest of the construction queue, our 2026 US openings tracker stays current.
