❔ Question ❔

Are you loyal to a specific padel court?

I’m curious how loyal people are to playing padel at a specific court in their hometown. For example, if the court you want to play at is booked at your preferred time, would you consider going to a different court if it were in the same vicinity and available? I have a favorite venue but I book based on availability.

I never remember to book courts when they become available. I'm not disciplined enough to afford loyalty. I pick up slots wherever.

Maybe it is different when you are member at a club, but I only play indoors at commercial clubs, there is no reason to have any loyalty towards them. Whoever is the cheapest and has the best timeslots available will get my business, unless others provide something extra that i find worth traveling/spending money for, e.g. heating in the winter.

In The United States there are a lot of temporary courts and the bounce is inconsistent no matter where you go. There is definitely an advantage of being comfortable and knowing how the courts bounce. I AM VERY LOYAL TO MY COURT but am happy to be on every court. Padel is the best

Loyal because I pay a subscription that allow me to play "for free" once a day.  Subscription is 150€. Otherwise a game is 20 to 27 € per Game

We have a community around one court so I book there where possible. It’s not the court it’s the people (players, coaches, staff).

I live in a city with very few courts and the traffic to drive to most of them on weekdays is absurd so I normally just play at the courts closest to me. There is usually a court available unless an event or league is happening.

Just checked - in my last 20 matches. I played 3 times at 1 venue, 2 times at 2 venues, and 1 time at 13 venues - 16 different venues in 20 matches. But I don't create matches, just join existing matches on Playtomic.
