Bratislava has great padel venue with 12 courts, its called aurial padel. Most people come as already aranged group of 4, either friends or coworkers etc. I think your best bet is finding a facebook group or something, no one uses playtomic. Aurial padel has leagues and tournaments with rankings, but they are organized on set dates by them, not ad hoc matches like playtomic
