Any training routines to improve leg endurance and explosiveness for padel ?

I’ve noticed that during tournaments, I sometimes struggle to really “activate” my legs in the first match. And after a few matches, it gets even harder to stay solid and explosive, especially on quick movements and recoveries. I feel like my legs just don’t respond the same way as at the start. Do you guys follow any specific training (on or off court) to improve endurance + explosiveness? Looking for something practical that actually translates into matches.

Strength training my friend. Sled pushes, lunges, squats, jumping on a box, etc.

It would be a priority. Not sure for the explosiveness, but if you neglected strength training like I did, it could lead to injuries that sidelines you for a while.

Strength and sprint training. HIIT stuff, anything that works for Futsal / fútbol sala is very similar. Short sharp quick sprints stopping and starting.

Do you do any kind of strength training? I think that's the base and after you can start with more complex/explosive movements

Very little due to lack of time. Could crossfit help?
