London P1 Tickets

016 commentsu/jimmyleebillybob1w ago
Ticket prices are coming out between £50 and £60. Is this roughly normal for a P1 event? Seems pretty expensive. Anyone here going?

Sounds very reasonable to me for an event in London. Last year for the P1 in Rotterdam we paid 120 Euro per ticket for the afternoon session (one male and one female semi) and around 70 Euro for the morning session with the other two semi's.

I’m not sure why the tickets aren’t priced differently per day. Rome for example was much cheaper on the earlier days and then most expensive for the finals day on the Sunday. It’s very good value for the middle days (Thursday / Friday) as you get a lot of matches and competitive games. I’d be surprised people would want to pay the same amount for the early rounds (as most people in the UK will only really be familiar with the top 10 men and women) so will only be looking for the Saturday Sunday tickets to see those players and familiar match ups.

I got semi's tickets (4 matches) and finals (2 matches) for £59 each. I did find it a little weird it's not cheaper mid-week for the earlier rounds but equally I was pleasently surprised at the cost. Maybe because I've been to so many Premier League games it made the P1 seem incredible value for money!

I want to buy the tickets, but I can't load the interactive seat map, could someone please post the screenshot of it so I know how the layout looks like https://preview.redd.it/srwjitc3bqwg1.png?width=1400&format=png&auto=webp&s=22ef5060e41f2d93d12fdb8d03d89a2d9f7ccaf3

I was expecting it to be at least double for semis and finals tickets. £60 is an absolute bargain.

Not really. Watching two final matches for 35 euros each is a pretty good deal for an expensive city like London. Have you seen Wimbledon prices? We are lucky with padel (yet). I wouldn't think very long as 70% of the tickets for the final were already gone when I purchased and this was only 2h after presale. Not much will be left for the main sales, at least for the quarter finals and upwards.
