I had this, well, still have. I've played for... 7 months. The pain started like 4 or so months ago, or at least I noticed it that long ago. Went to a physio eventually, achilles issues, I've been doing calf raises and stretching before and after games. It's better now but hasn't gone away completely. Sore first thing in the morning, sore any time I am not moving much for too long. Not sore after like 10 minutes of play.
