Padel Business UK

Hello , I have recently started playing Padel . I love the game , culture and growth of the sport. Me and a friend of mine have recently looked into the market for Padel in the UK and it is clearly unsaturated with plenty of room to grow new courts and business's. I humbly ask you fans and enthusiasts for advice on where I should start. My idea is to create a small Padel court with 2-3 courts ( Indoor/covered preferably). I have been looking into successfully growing business's such as PadelXClub and Carbon , which I believe are great examples of what Padel courts should be in the UK. My Questions are : How would you start looking into creating a new Padel court ? As a fan of the sport what do you wish current Padel clubs could do better ? If you live in the uk , Where are you from and is Padel popular in your are ? Follow up , If Padel is popular do you struggle to get a booking ? Would love to hear new ideas and any advice you have to give Thankyou

The main issue will be finding somewhere to put it. Unless you want to spend years getting planning permission and then building a venue it will be much easier to lease an already built venue. You’ll also need to run some sort of demographic/competition analysis to make sure there are enough people of the right type to play. Once you’ve done this you might need to get a change of use planning application if the building is designated as another use. After that hire a fit out contractor and they’ll turn it into a padel centre.
