Stupa should call Jon Sanz

I think stupa misses that extra bite the top seeds have and jon sanz would serve him just that What’s your opinion

Not sure that’s a step up for Sans. Like Nieto, Stupa is a fairly “tame” left sided player. And Yanguas is awesome. Not sure Sans is better, though he might be if he made better decisions

it’s not about better for me rather a different style having a leftie on the right would help stupa be more aggressive to be able to challenge the top seeds more wether it’s di neno, lebron or yanguas he never seemed to even challenge tapia,coello or chingalan

Create and with absurd defense, but also a good physical size that let's him be offensive. I do wonder what a Galan/Yanguas would be capable of.

In my opinion: I love Stupa, he is one of my favourite players but as long as Chingalan and/or Coelle/Tapia stay together, it wont make a difference. These two are above anyone else.

Yes, it’s absolutely possible, as long as Lebron keeps a cool head and Augsburger stepping up. He is young and has every tool to beat the top pairs, but his Defense needs to be better.

Stupa may be that kind of great player, but there have always been great players. As the commentator said during yesterday’s broadcast, Stupa is one of the players who has spent the most time in the top 10 without ever being no1. I really enjoyed it when he played with Di Neno.

stupa and cooki are left-sided players that struggle with playing winners. They are good enough to consistently get to 1/8 or 1/4 but once they are up against equally skilled players that also hit winners they have a hard time to compete. Its just the evolution of padel, you need Augsburger, Tapia, Coello, Galan level of smash/winner points or you wont win tournaments.

100% agree. i think a lot of it is mental too. i watched a documentary about Judit Polgár, and it showed how dangerous it is when you start seeing top opponents as unbeatable. once that doubt creeps in, they feed off it and drain you on court. maybe that’s the extra bite Stupa is missing, and Jon sanz would bring more of it. i think Leo got that extra bite too. maybe they should hop on discord together. Jon, Leo and Stupa. fuck it, add Judit too. but maybe he'll figure it out on it's own, break that mental barrier and becomes a killer.
