I’m curious how you track your padel performance and recovery. I see a lot of pros using Whoop, but I’m not a fan of the subscription model, it makes it quite expensive over time.
Does anyone know good alternatives that track recovery, sleep, and training (both on and off court)? I currently use an Apple Watch, but I feel it’s not as sport-focused as I’d like.

I use a Garmin forerunner 165 with the padel score app every time I play. It records all stats while also allowing you to track the score of the game so you can save match results.
I have matches and trainings on the calender.
fyi: Tracking sleep is absolutely useless (I actually do that with an apple watch. Even if it was accurate, there is nothing you can do with the information, match or training wise.
For non professionals, all that excersize data is pretty gimmicky. Yes it's great to see some graphs, but other than that it's pretty much useless. You should train to how you feel, rather than some data.
