My impressions are that most holiday/ experience packages are filled with players upto level p3.5. As you are likely to be playing with that level of player, it’s not as suitable for higher levels padel wise.
I imagine that academies like m3, Prato, vest suit players above that level better because you are paying premium for higher level coaches with deeper insights. But then you usually are stuck in an industrial estate someplace and so it’s padded with fitness etc that is too much for me.
I did a week I arranged myself with a “local” coach in Spain. That was way cheaper and it was useful to do but I learned that 3h/day individual lessons for three days, a rest day, then two days would work better. Also the coaching lost a lot in translation and wasn’t all that. I’d like to be in a nice place, so looked at Majorca etc but there doesn’t seem to be the same kind of structure.
Putting this together, I’m next planning one of the academies in Alicante (Jmb, Pitu losada or Bela) on a 3d/2d format with spare time by the pool in a nice place. Interested to hear if others have different views on these assumptions
