It really depends on your padel level. Some people say you should be able to play every day, but that is not always true. If you are playing at a high level three times a week, you are probably going to feel it.
After an intense match, I can definitely feel it in my legs the next day. On the other hand, if I spend a week playing more lightly or just doing classes, I feel fine. But if you are a beginner playing three times a week and already feeling very tired, then something may be off.
At my level, there are a lot of smashes, and the points tend to be much longer, so the physical demand is much higher. Because of that, one high-level match can easily use as much energy as five to ten beginner-level matches.
Yes very true. I could easily play every day if it's with my friends. But I play at a high intermediate level. The rallies do tend to be longer and there are plenty of smashes etc.
