Padel nuestro scam?

I ordered before and all went well

Ordered many times from them. No scam. Might be a slow answer though.

Padelnuestro are legit. They are slow to ship some times, but they always do. I’ve had to wait 1-2 weeks a few times before they have shipped my stuff.

Padel nuestro are pretty shady, like a lot of other Spanish padel stores.

Most probably they dont have in stock one of the items you bought, so they are waiting to arrive at their warehouse to ship them to you. I bough a couple of shoes from them and the 5-9d delivery arrived at the 9th day.

just ordered from them. Everything worked out very well.

Last time I ordered I was waiting for like 2 weeks and then got an email that the item is out of stock. They are slow but will respond eventually.

Got my racket there, ordered from Holland and went well.

They are not scam. They actually have physical stores. I've ordered from them multiple times and have been to their store

I used them and they delivered no problem. However I didn't realise if you order to the UK and spend over £135 then you will get a hefty import tax. Think it was 20% extra plus another £15 handling fee from fed ex 💔

They just made a track and tracing immediately, but it's just that. They still need to pack your order and send that package to their post/UPS office. Once they do that, which may take a week or two, you'll get a notification.  Tl;dr: just wait a bit longer.

I placed an order, but the racket seemed slightly damaged, so I wanted to return it. Within a day, I received a message from them saying that was fine, or alternatively, they offered me €40 to keep it. Pretty solid experience.

They are super slow, and I'm 99% sure they have no customer support as I have never received a response from them.

What delivery time did you pay for? 1 day. 5. Days? Etc? Quite common for companies for dispatching to be slow if you have a 1 week delivery service.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I guess I just need to be little more patient.

I bought shoes, clothes and several accessories (grips, wristbands, socks, racket protectors) from them last year and I have 0 complaints. Received everything in 3 days if I recall correctly.
