Hello, I am playing padel almost 1 year. Since my last 5/6 games I noticed my muscle above elbow hurting from both sides, it started as I became more aggressive in my plays. It starts after like one set, it feels like my arm is weak and really heavy. I hurts only when I put pressure with my fingers on the spot. I read a lot on reddit about it, but everybody is saying something else. I'm currently using Head Zephyr Pro 2023 with one overgrip, I thought adding one overgrip but the gap between my thumb and fingers seems okay (one finger gap). I was thinking about my grip being false, maybe u can tell me if it's fine. I saw people using the floky no strain sleeve which seemed to work in some cases. Maybe u can help me guys to get rid of it.

Your grip is wrong. This is not table tennis, you don’t use your index finger to stabilize the racket.
As for the elbow pain there could be many reasons.
Holding the racket too tight could be one of them. Adding an extra overgrip could help you stabilize the racket better without holding it as hard.
The pain can also come from more aggressive playstyle - you may have weak forearm muscles so they get tired faster or the racket is not suitable for you since it might be too heavy or the balance is just not working for you.
Personally, I would recommend taking some time off so your elbow gets properly healed before the pain becomes permanent (elbow tennis is no joke). Then consult either a physio or a padel coach who can teach you what you can do better to avoid and prevent pain.
You can always figure it out yourself what works for you but seeing that your grip is wrong and you don’t have much clue on what’s going on it would be just better to seek someone professional.
On the short term, play with a tight elbow strap, it will help you and go see a physiotherapist that does deep tissue massage. On the longer term buy a racket with low balance (below 25 cm) or add a noene anti vibration grip to your racket.
This is a sign of tennis elbow.
Please stop and rest before developing further issues.
I used to have very strong wrist (from playing badminton for 40 years) but even with bad technique at padel, i developed tennis elbow.
There's a lot of material online about this. Strengthen your wrist and speak to a coach about correcting your technique.
Good news is that this is not unfixable. With the right technique and racket and training, at a ripe old age of 55, i can play almost everyday - unless my legs give up which is another story.
Grip size looks close. I’m sure it’s just playing more than your elbow is ready for. I’d recommend some rest and then start doing the [Tyler Twist exercise](https://www.google.com/search?q=tyler+twist+exercise) - it’s been great for my tennis elbow.
It sounds like overuse.
Padel is very addicting, so if you play too much too fast, your body can't keep up. It will adapt but it might need some more time.
Take some rest first, don't play for a week and then see how it feels.
If you keep playing and ignoring the pain you might develop actual golfers- or tennis elbow.
If the issue stays, you can strengthen your muscles
