My bad experience with Mejorset padel courts as a club owner
Hello everyone,
I'm excited to announce that I'm opening a padel club in Colombia this summer. Last year, I purchased seven premium courts from Mejorset for our expansive indoor facility spanning over 2,200 square meters. As a well-established premium brand in the padel industry, Mejorset seemed like the ideal choice for ensuring top-tier quality.
The total deal exceeded €200,000, covering shipping and professional installation. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by significant challenges. The initial installation was handled by a single technician from their headquarters, who made numerous errors. He attributed these to uneven flooring levels, despite our team adhering strictly to Mejorset's provided guidelines during the foundation preparation.
The job was left incomplete, with visible defects including unfinished painting, missing accessories, large gaps between panel glasses, and sloppy adhesive application. It appeared rushed, likely due to the tight timeline and the scale of installing multiple courts. Here are some reference images showing the state in which the courts were left:

I had placed my trust in Mejorset to deliver flawless results that would uphold their brand reputation, but that wasn't the case here. After persistent follow-up—essentially having to plead for resolution, as they initially seemed inclined to ignore the issues—they agreed to send help. Recently, they dispatched two more experienced installers who addressed many of the problems, including some I hadn't even noticed. They were genuinely surprised by the poor workmanship of the first installer and were transparent about their efforts. However, they explained that certain issues couldn't be fully resolved given the initial flaws, so I had to accept that the courts wouldn't achieve the perfect standard originally promised.
In summary, while Mejorset's courts are undeniably high-quality and aesthetically superior to many competitors, I cannot recommend them based on this experience. If you're considering a similar purchase, proceed with caution.

This post just cost them close to €200,000. I was going to order from them soon. Thank you for sharing! You should definitely ask for compensation, I appreciate you don’t have the strength but just send one email, you never know. If they offer significant compensation let me know and I may reconsider them as a supplier

That’s absolutely unacceptable. Did they at least refund you some of the money? If not, I’m assuming you are considering litigation. Crazy…

I want to clarify the following points, as I recognize that Mejorset is a well-established brand, and my intent is not to damage their reputation. Instead, I'm hoping they might offer some form of compensation for the cumulative issues, including certain unresolvable errors that still exist today and won't get solved.
Personally, it's challenging for me to identify every problem stemming from the initial installation, given my limited expertise in this area. However, I was certain that something was off: all the glass panels had wide gaps, and the adhesive application was visibly substandard, as shown in the photos—this was the outcome from the first installer's work, which clearly fell short of expectations.
This would likely be difficult for anyone without specialized experience to notice ALL of the issues which I was made aware of when the second installers came. My recommendation is to be highly vigilant from the start and consider hiring an independent expert to oversee and verify the installation process as trusting them alone wasn't a favorable outcome for my case.

Have you asked them how they are going to compensate you? It doesn’t matter whether you intend to damage their reputation or not, obviously thats what you have done. Send them an email or call your account manager like an adult instead of bitching about them on Reddit.

Touch padel courts are the best I've played on and there very well priced, we have them at our club

Wow sorry man! Wonder how difficult it would be to get an ACTUAL skilled team to fix this up. You spent a massive amount and getting this at the end must be super disappointing.
