This is classic psychology:) No worries at all, and 2 things to keep in mind.
1. Time dilation. Time perception feels faster the more you age. So in the game you feel fast pace, fast shots, ball is flying fast, etc. But in video, you see reality. So you are naturally frustrated about yourself, b/c you expect yourself to be faster and you are not. Diff b/w this hits hard on emotions.
2. Same here, diff b/w \_imaginary\_ image of yourself and the \_actual\_ you. You never see yourself from the 3rd party, so naturally you perceive the image of yourself \_in your head\_ as let's say Person A. So when you think or remember you playing, you imagine that Person A making the shots, running, etc. Then, you film yourself, and you get \_actual\_ Person B (real you) as a matter of fact. Now, diff b/w Person A and Person B is about the level of self-esteem (inflated = overestimating yourself, low = underestimating yourself). If it's inflated, then youd be expecting Person B to be close or even better than Person A and they are not even close, which naturally leads to frustration. Which is your case :-D
So, next thing is to accept yourself as you are and now start comparing recordings/videos of your play to each other and seeing the progress, and not to the so desired images in you head:)
Thanks man! Good takes, I'll try to work on this :)
