Playtomic - Is this match score valid?

Quick question about Playtomic match validity. We played a normal competitive match. The score was 5-7, 6-3 and 1-5 in the third when time ran out, so the match wasn’t fully completed. My understanding is that an unfinished third set (like 1-5) makes the result technically invalid under standard padel scoring rules. Since we each won one completed set, I suggested that the match should effectively be recorded as a tie and not include the unfinished third set. However, they keep rejecting the score. Is 5-7, 6-3, 1-5 considered a valid match result on Playtomic? Or should an incomplete final set make it invalid? Would appreciate if anyone has had a similar situation.

In this case it will put as draw. Even the last set was not completed

I mean at 1-5 there is only one way that set is going to go. I get at 3-2 or something saying let’s put in a draw. But 1-5 you should give that third set to the team winning 5-1 as if you had 5 minutes more time you would have lost.
