If you are following the week-course, it can be demanding. Like 1,5 hours intensive training in the morning and 1,5 hours in the afternoon.
After lunch they have a session called Padelfit, which can be intensive even for fit persons. Like doing explosive movements, burpees, planks, sit on a bench then move forward to the net. There is not really much strength training.
I am sure you guys will be fine, just enjoy the week with this unique Padel experience.
I really like the lunch, everyday was a different menu.
If you guys are lucky, you might be able to see Galan or Chingotto at M3 if they are not at a tournament. Have fun!
And was there a parking at m3? Know that there is a transport from/to hotel but we have rented a car, so useful to know if we go a bit earlier/later than the bus :)
We rented a car as well, at M3 you can park
We are ready, are padel sessions 2v1 with a coach, 3v1, or 2v2 with coach overseeing? How does a usual session look like? I feel we might skip most padelfit sessions, or cut it down to 20ish minutes for some core workout. Thanks for sharing! :)
How many players were there when you participated?
Would be call to stumble upon Chingalan :)
My friends and i was placed in a group of 16 people (including us). On the first day in the morning they will assess your skill and place you with the people similar to your level.
The trainings varies a lot, they will work on what you need. As for the Padelfit, I have seen players skip this and book a private lesson instead
