I tore my calf and can't play for a few weeks. Any (sitting down 😅) drills I can do just for fun, as I'm bored AF? By drills I mean bouncing the ball on my racket, flipping sides, rolling the ball on the racket, etc. I have no intention of retearing it, so has to be some light stuff
Balance on your good leg and hit the ball against the wall from 2m away. Keep it up for as long as possible. It’ll improve your balance, hand eye coordination and control, as if you hit the ball away from your centre point you’re toast.
